Cinemax India - Publish Audited Results

Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish the Audited Results for the financial year ended as on March 31, 2012 in the prescribed format, within 60 days from the close of the said financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Hence, the Company will not be submitting the unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
