Sahara One - Publish Audited Result

Sahara One Media & Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the decision of Audit Committee of the Company taken in their meeting held on March 30, 2012, the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company within a period of 60 days from the end of last quarter of the Financial Year 2011-2012 ending on March 31, 2012 viz. upto May 30, 2012, hence the Un-Audited Financial Results for the last Quarter ending March 31, 2012 will not be published by the Company.
