With reference to the Increase in Price, Anjani Synthetics Ltd has clarified to informed BSE that the Company do not have any information/ announcement (including impending announcement) to be provided to the Exchange, which in the opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the script of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, there is no any development or business plan which may have effect on the price/ volume of the script of the Company.
