Chisel & Hammer (Mobel) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2012, has approved the issue of Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. two Bonus Equity shares will be issued to one Equity share by capitalizing Reserves subject to approval of shareholders.
The Board has decided to conduct the postal ballot for obtaining approval of shareholders for the said proposed bonus issue.
