Akar Tools - Revised Financial Results for Sep 30, 2011

With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 14, 2011 regarding Financial Results for quarter ended Sep 30, 2011, Akar Tools Ltd has now informed BSE that the header part was mistakenly typed as the "Consolidated Results" for the Quarter but it should be taken as "Standalone results" as the Company is not having any subsidiary, so accordingly the Company is now submitting the results by making the required changes in the header part only as there are no changes in the results figure.
