Trend Electron - Outcome of Board Meeting - Voluntary Delisting
Trend Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2011, have accorded their approval to file a revised application and the documents to the Stock Exchanges for voluntary delisting of equity shares from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd; Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd; Madras Stock Exchange Ltd; The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd and Pune Stock Exchange Ltd. as required under Chapter III of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares Regulations, 2009) and by the Stock Exchanges.
The equity shares shall continue to remain listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd having nationwide terminal.
