Tata Motors (D) - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

TATAMOTORS-DVR-A-ORDY has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2011 to August 12, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 12, 2011.

Further the Company has informed that, the dividend shall be paid / dispatched on and after August 16, 2011.
