1. To approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2010.
2. To recommend a Dividend on equity shares; if any.
3. To fix date & time for Annual General Meeting of the Company and also to fix Book Closure.
4. To take on record the statement of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2010.
