Patni Computer Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated April 27, 2012 has allotted 58,766 equity shares of par value of Rs.2/- each to certain employees including 13,588 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs.2/- each to Bank of New York Mellon as a Depository in connection with the issuance of 6,794 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to foreign based option holders pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options granted to them under the Company's Stock Option Plan.
