Supreme Tex Mart Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2012, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. Kuldip Singh as "Whole- time Director" on the Board of the Company for a period of three years subject to the approval of members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and also has approved the revised notice of Annual General Meeting.
