Bank of Mah - Board to consider Dividend

Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 05, 2012 inter alia;

1. To consider and to take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012 and to recommend dividend, if any.

2. To convene the Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Bank and

3. To fix the dates for book closure.
