Nexxoft - Outcome of Board Meeting
Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2012, inter alia, has considered and duly approved the following :
1. Acquisition of a Company by way of issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares on swap basis.
2. Issue of 70,00,000 equity shares and 30,00,000 warrants to the non promoters on preferential basis.
3. To hold Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders for the above said purpose.
