Rane Brake - Board declares Interim Dividend

Rane Brake Lining Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2012, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2012, on the paid up equity capital of Rs.7,91,49,800 comprising of 79,14,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
