1. The Audited Financial Accounts for the year 2010-2011 i.e. as on March 31, 2011 has been approved.
2. Shri Prakash N. Gupta who retires by rotation and re-appointed as Director of the Company and M/s. R. R. Patchigar & Co. re- appointed as a Statutory Auditors of the Company.
