Precision Cont - Outcome of AGM

Precision Containeurs Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 26, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. The meeting adopted the Annual Accounts as at March 31, 2011 with unison.

2. No dividend has been declared.

3. During the year under review there was no change in the Directorship.

4. The Board composes of Dr. Jayesh V. Valia, Mr. Ajay Jani, Mr. Babulal Bansilal Jain and Mr. Ganesan Venkatraman.
