Hit Kit Global - Outcome of AGM

Hit Kit Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended January 31, 2011 along with the Report of the Director and Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Anand Agarwal as Director of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. S. D. Chandak & Co. as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from conclusion of this Annual General meeting till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and approval of payment of their remuneration.

4. Appointment of Shri. A. B. Sharma as Director of the Company.
