Bharat Electronics Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2011 have recommended a final dividend of 156% (i.e. Rs.15.60 per equity share of Rs.10/- each) in addition to the Interim Dividend of 60% (i.e. Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each) paid in February, 2011.
