Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited has informed the Exchange that Dr. Rajiv B. LalI, who has been heading the Company as the Managing Director & CEO since 2005, will now be re-designated as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director (VC & MD) of the Company. Further, Mr. Vikram Limaye, who has been working as the Whole-time Director since 2008, will now be re-designated as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of the Company.
