Axis Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has on April 30, 2012 made the allotment of 6,09,784 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,38,13,736 equity shares from 41,32,03,952 equity shares.
