Globus Constr - Outcome of Board Meeting

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held April 19, 2012, have considered the following matters:

1 Adoption of Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on December 31, 2011 and for other businesses, the Board has decided to call 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company on May 19, 2012.

2 Approved and signed Notice of the AGM, Corporate Governance Report and Directors Report and relevant annexure thereto for the year ended December 31, 2011.

3 Approved the proposal of raising the aggregate FII investment Limit of 24 percent to the sectoral cap i.e. 100 percent in the Power Generation Business (new business of the Company) subject to the prior intimation to the RBI and to the shareholders approval in forthcoming AGM of the company.
