PG Foils - Outcome of AGM
PG Foils Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have passed the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2011, the report of the Directors and Auditors thereof.
2. Declare a dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Vimal Dhadda and Mr. Udhan Kumar Chordia, as director who retired by rotation,
4. Re-appointment of H. M. Singhvi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur as statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, necessary resolutions relating to special business were also passed.
