Choksi Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2011, inter alia, to consider and allot 3,01,263 Equity Shares out of conversion of equal number of convertible warrants issued on preferential basis pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary Meeting held on April 10, 2010.
