1. To receive, consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

2. To appoint Mr. R. S. Ramani as the Whole Time Director of the Company.

3. To adopt and approve the Postal Ballot Notice for Change of Registered Office of the Company.

4. To appoint a Scrutinizer to complete the Postal Ballot Process.
