Kosha Cubidor - Result of Postal Ballot

Kosha Cubidor Containers Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have approved the followings:

1. Issue and Allotment of 60,00,000 (Sixty Lac) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis.

2. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from existing Rs. 5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crore) divided into 50,00,000 (Fifty Lac) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 11,00,00,000 (Rupees Eleven Crore) divided into 1,10,00,000 (One crore Ten lac) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each by creation of 60,00,000 (Sixty lac) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, and make necessary amendments in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
