Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Shapoorjee Chandabhoy Finvest Pvt. Ltd. has taken a 11% stake in "Gamexx Infotainment Ltd" a subsidiary of Nexxoft Infotel Ltd. Gamexx Infotainment Ltd. develops Online Social / Casual Games and AA rated games for gaming consoles and PC. The games are developed based on XForce Technology one of the flagship products of Nexxoft Infotel Ltd.
