Shrachi Securities Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order of Hon''ble High Court of Calcutta, separate meetings of the equity shareholders of the Company and equity shareholders & preference shareholders of Magma Leasing Ltd will be held on December 29, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between the Company with Magma Leasing Ltd and the equity shareholders of the said Companies and the preference shareholders of the Magma Leasing Ltd.
