Gitanjali Gems Limited has informed the Exchange, vide letter dated May 21, 2012 that Mr. Sunil Varma who was Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company with immediate effect. Further, the Company has informed that Mr. Kapil Khandelwal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Sunil Varma with immediate effect. Consequently, Mr. Sunil Varma has relinquished the Charge as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
