Rubfila Int - Fixes Record Date for Reduction of Capital & Consolidation of Share Capital

Rubfila International Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 04, 2012, have decided to fix January 17, 2012 as the Record Date for the following purpose:

(i) To effect the reduction of share capital and Consolidation of Share Capital as approved by the Hon''ble BIFR vide its order dated September 05, 2011 in Case No.53/2007 and as confirmed b the Members of the Company in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 27, 2011.
