Interlink Petro - Outcome of Board Meeting

Interlink Petroleum Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2011, inter alia, has decided the following;

1. Relieving of Dr. Kenneth Gerard Pereira as the Managing Director of the Company, with immediate effect, however, he will continue to remain as a non-executive Director on the Board.

2. Based on the recommendation of the Remuneration committee, Mr. Gopal Pallipuram Srinivasan (presently Chief Financial Officer) is appointed as the Managing Director with effect from October 14, 2011 for a period of three years subject to the approval of the shareholders and Central Government. Mr. Gopal Srinivasan will also be the head of the finance department. Further, he will also oversee the functions of the Chief Operating Officer, till a suitable replacement is identified.

3. Appointment of Dr. Ambrose Gerard Corray (presently Chief Operating Officer) as Additional Director (non-executive) of the Company w.e.f. October 14, 2011. He will cease to be the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with immediate effect.
