Rainbow Foundations Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Annual Accounts, Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Reports thereon for the financial year 2010-2011.

2. The retiring directors Shri. G. R. Jain and Shri. P. M. Mothiram were re-appointed.

3. The retiring Auditors, M/s. Jain Bafna and Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai, were re-appointed.
