8K Miles Software Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2011, to consider the following:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

2. To appoint Mr. R. S. Ramani as the Whole Time Director of the Company.

3. To adopt and approve the Postal Ballot Notice for Change of Registered Office of the Company.

4. To appoint a Scrutinizer to complete the Postal Ballot Process.
