Metrochem - Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation

Metrochem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation in the nature of Amalgamation of Metrochem Industries Limited (Transferor Company) with Global Boards Limited (Transferee Company) and Restructure of Share Capital of Global Boards Limited and their respective Shareholders has been approved by Gujarat High Court, at Ahmedabad for transferor Company and High Court of Bombay for transferee Company. Both the Companies have filed Form 21 with Registrar of Companies.
