FCI OEN - Updates on Delisting Offer

JM Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of FCI SA ("Acquirer") for the purpose of this Delisting Offer of FCI OEN Connectors Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original Public Announcement dated June 20, 2007, has informed BSE that the registrar has completed the process of verification of physical application received and dispatch of demand drafts / cashier order for 28,356 shares accepted in the physical form. Pursuant to transfer of these physical shares to the Acquirer, it would hold 5,688,546 equity shares of FCI OEN Connectors Ltd., implying a shareholding of 90.33% of the paid up capital of company.
