Thyrocare labor - Outcome of AGM

Thyrocare Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1, Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Salunkhe, Balkrishna Salunkhe and Mr. Rajendra Salunkhe as Directors of the Company, who were earlier holding the position as the Additional director and Mr. Sanjay Salunkhe shall continue to hold the position of Managing Director of the Company.

2. Re-appointment of M/s Banshi Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants of Mumbai, retiring auditors as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
