Northgate Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2011, have unanimously : (1) Adopted the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the Year ended on that date and the Reports of Auditors and Board of Directors; (2) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. P. Parthasarathi and Mr. Y. Ramesh as Directors liable to retire by rotation; (3) Approved the appointment of M/s. B S R and Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting; (4) Approved the Reappointment of Mr. Venkata S. Meenavalli as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from September 01, 2011; (5) Approved the appointment of Mr. P Srinivasu as Executive Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from September 01, 2011.
