Gangotri Textiles Limited has submitted to the Exchange a copy of Notice pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolutions by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 in respect of the ordinary resolution to be passed through postal ballot : (1) Ordinary Resolution u/s 293 (1)(a) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 authorizing the Board of Directors of the Company to sell, lease or otherwise dispose off the whole or substantially whole of the Undertakings of the Company and the vacant lands belonging to the Company as proposed in Notice to the Members of the Company dated February 11, 2011.
