CG Impex - Board Meeting on Jul 22, 2010

CG Impex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following : 1. To consider the option to increase authorized share capital of the company, subject to consent of the members of the Company. 2. To consider the option to raise fund to the tune by offering, issuing and allotting convertible warrants on preferential basis, subject to consent of the members of the Company. 3. To consider the option to appoint the director and to accept the resignation from the director of the Company. 4. To consider to convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for consent of shareholders of the Company for the increase of authorized share capital and to raise funds to the tune of preferential issues & QIP basis.
