Aztecsoft Ltd has informed BSE about the Change of Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company;
1. The Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Samir Bodas, who shall be relieved from his official duties as Director from the closing hours of March 31, 2009.
2. Mr. Samir Bodas has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of Aztecsoft''s global operations with effect from the closing hours of March 31, 2009.
3. Mr. Srinivasan Chandrasekar has resigned from the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of March 31, 2009.
