Vallabh Steels Shareholders & Creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Vallabh Steels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Order of Hon''ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana as Chandigarh, separate meeting of the equity Shareholders, Preference shareholders & Secured & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on September 22, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement of the Company (Petitioner) / Transferor Company No 1) & Vardhman Industries Ltd (VIL) (Transferor Company No 2) with Zoom Vallabh Steel Ltd (ZVSL), Transferee Company.
