Omnitex Ind - Outcome of Board Meeting

Omnitex Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2012, inter alia, has considered the following business:

1. Appointment of Mr. J. Ramakrishnan, Compliance Officer, as an director of the Company w.e.f. March 22, 2012 who shall hold such office upto the conclusion of Next Annual General Meeting. Further to above, he is holding 100 equity shares of this Company.

2. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Vivek M. Jalan from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
