Wartsila India Ltd has informed BSE about the following: ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has informed Wartsila India Ltd ("Target Company") that pursuant to Delisting offer an Exit Price of Rs 622/- per share was determined through the reverse book building process and that the Acquirer and the Person Acting in Concert have accepted the Exit Price of Rs 622/- per share. Accordingly, the Acquirer through the Person Acting in Concert will acquire all the shares validly tendered under the reverse book building process at a price equal to or below the Exit Price.
