Mardia Steel Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order of Hon''ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Term Creditors, Other Secured Creditors & Unsecured Creditors of the Company (in liquidation) will be held on April 19, 2005 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, to approve, with or without modification, the Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement ("the Scheme") between the Company and its equity Shareholders, Secured Term Creditors, Other Secured Creditors & Unsecured Creditors.
