ITC - Allotment of Shares under ESOS

ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on February 26, 2013 issued and allotted 21,63,550 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,16,355 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 26, 2013, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 788,95,77,700/- divided into 788,95,77,700 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
