Idea Cellular - Allotment of equity shares under ESOS-2006
Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution dated February 26, 2013 allotted 679,587 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).
Post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,313,505,065 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 33,135,050,650/-.
