NIIT Tech - Allotment of shares under the ESOP Scheme of the Company (ESOP-2005)

NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 26,210 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on February 26, 2013. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,208,119 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 602,081,190/-
