Power Grid Corp - Board declares Interim Dividend

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2013, inter alia, have declared Interim Dividend - 16.1% of Share capital i.e., Rs. 1.61/- per share of Rs. 10/- each. The date on which Interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched - March 04, 2013.
