OracleFinancial - Allotment of Shares on exercise of stock options

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on Janaury 31, 2013 allotted 29,154 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002, the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to Directors.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 420,276,640/- divided into 84,055,328 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.
