Essar Teleholdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2006, has approved a Scheme of Arrangement between BPL Communications Ltd and the Company under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 (read with section 78 and 100 to 104 of the Act).
