Power Grid Corp - Appointment of Directors
Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power has vide Order dt. January 16, 2013 conveyed the appointment of following five part-time non-official Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of three years with effect from January 16, 2013 or until further orders, whichever is earlier :
