Man Industries - Outcome of Board Meeting

Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2013 has passed a resolution for removal of Mr. Jagdishchandra Mansukhani as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. However, in view of Company Law Board directive dated January 11, 2013 the implementation of the said resolution requires approval of the Company Law Board, Western Region Bench, Mumbai.

The Company has further informed that the said resolution will be implemented after approval of Company Law Board, Western Region Bench, Mumbai.
